All artwork featured on this website, including fine art prints, original artworks, and commissioned pieces, is the intellectual property of the artist and is protected under applicable copyright laws.

Ownership of Artwork

The purchase of any artwork—whether a print, original piece, or commission—does not transfer copyright ownership. The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including but not limited to reproduction, distribution, and commercial use.

Permitted Use

Customers are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. This includes displaying the artwork in a private space. Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, altered, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission from the artist.

Commissions

Commissioned artworks are created specifically for the client; however, copyright remains with the artist unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce or commercially exploit commissioned work without explicit permission.

Use of Images for Promotion

The artist reserves the right to use images of all artwork, including commissioned pieces, for portfolio display, advertising, and social media promotion. Images of commissioned work will only be shared publicly with the client’s consent, in line with the Privacy Policy.

Prohibited Uses

The following actions are strictly prohibited without prior written consent:

Reproducing artwork in any format (digital or physical)
Using artwork for commercial purposes (including merchandise, branding, or marketing)
Minting artwork as NFTs or using it in AI training datasets
Claiming the artwork as your own

Any unauthorized use of the artwork may result in legal action.
