General Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of my products, I do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing fault, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue. I will assess the situation and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund.
Print Orders (Made to Order)
All prints are made to order specifically for you. Because of this, I do not offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect size selections. Please double-check your chosen size and dimensions before completing your purchase.
Commissions
All commission sales are final. Once a commission has been started or completed, no refunds or exchanges will be provided. By purchasing a commission, you acknowledge that the artwork is a custom, creative process. While I strive to deliver high-quality work, I do not guarantee “perfection,” as artistic interpretation is inherently subjective.
