“The Old Gundagai Bridge” is of Australia’s most iconic timber bridges. The initial structure Built in the 1860s  it stretched across the Murrumbidgee floodplains and was once the longest timber viaduct in Australia. For generations, it carried travelers along the old Hume Highway and the bridge became deeply connected to Gundagai’s identity. Although now dismantled, this piece celebrates how history lives on through shared admiration of the past. This Piece was commended at the Annual Tumut Five ways Exhibition.  A2 charcoal original drawing on 100% cotton archival paper - framed as per image with ribbon.

    Lillian Rose is an artist from the Brindabella Ranges on the edge of Kosciuszko National Park. For over a decade, she has created expressive charcoal portraits alongside original mixed media works, blending realism with vivid, imaginative designs inspired by the deeper magic of life.
